1. The test position between the backrest and the seat surface should be correct, and the point-to-point resistance test method should meet the corresponding specification requirements.
2. The system resistance test between the caster and the seat surface should also meet the corresponding requirements. When testing the anti-static chair, a conductive plate with a certain size should be placed under the caster and in good contact; one seat surface is in good contact, and the other is in good contact. An electrode makes contact with the conductive plate.
3. Point-to-point resistance and system resistance test. The electrode material used should be copper or stainless steel, the electrode structure used should meet the size requirements, and the hardness, thickness and volume of the electrode contact end material should meet the requirements.
When testing the point-to-point resistance of an anti-static chair, place the material on an actual use state or an insulating table. The volume resistance and surface resistance of the mesa should meet the requirements, and the distance between the electrodes should also meet the requirements.
